The products displayed on the website that you wish to order must be placed in the shopping cart, using the “Add to Shopping Cart” option. You can also obtain more detailed information about the products displayed by clicking on the product name to access detailed images of the same, their designations and references, technical characteristics, other models, etc.

Once you have placed all the products you wish to order in your shopping cart, you can proceed and complete your order.

CNI may withdraw, at any time, any offer or change the price indicated until the agreement with the customer exists. CNI cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors.

Clause 4 - Transport

CNI orders are normally delivered by a transport company.

As soon as orders are shipped or ready to be picked up, the customer is informed by email and/or telephone.

Clause 5 - General Data Protection Regulation

5.1 - In compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law, the CNI client who uses the website may, at any time, exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and communication of their data through the following ways: in the area of ​​the website referred to as “Customers”, through the e-mail geral@cni.pt or through our Contact Center at the number +351 239 942 637.

5.4 - Computerized records are processed and stored by CNI under adequate security conditions. For proof of communications, your computer record is sufficient. The filing of orders and invoices will be carried out on a reliable and durable medium, in accordance with the law.


5.5 - CNI guarantees the protection of its customers' personal data and adequate security in accessing servers, which are located in safe places with restricted and controlled access.
